Select Strata Communities are a team of owner’s corporation managers that operate over 1000 residential buildings and their owners corporations. Select Strata Communities approached AEES Group on behalf of the residents of multiple buildings they manage to install Solar PV. The Solar PV works to lower the cost of the electricity needed for common spaces like elevators, hallway and carpark lighting and heating/cooling. These costs come as an additional expense to residents as these services run 24 hours a day for the safety and security of the building. This Solar PV installation benefits all residents by lowering the cost of common area upkeep as well as a decrease of the environmental impact.
