Devilbend Golf Club – 26kW
Devilbend Golf Club is one of Mornington Peninsula’s picturesque public golf clubs. It is located on a flora and fauna reserve and boasts tranquil views. The Club was keen to keep their business costs down with electricity being a key operating cost. The solar allow them to re-invest the savings into the club, maximising customer enjoyment as well as cutting carbon emissions.
AEES Group were able to utilise the maximum roof space at the club house and install 26kW of solar panels that powers their club house. This includes the bar, bistro, and pro-shop. The installation sees an annual offset of 11,250 metric tonnes of C02 per year, which works out to be the equivalent of planting 335 trees per year
